PAYMENT METHODS

 

All website payments are processed through PayPal – a safe and secure way to pay that offers buyer protection. Payment can be made via your PayPal account or by using a credit card – Visa, Mastercard or American Express. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

 

SHIPPING

 

All Australian and international orders are shipped using Australia Post. Standard and Express postage options are available, and a tracking number is supplied with all orders. A shipping calculator is provided on the basket and checkout pages to display all available postage options.

 

As each toy is handmade and sewn to order, please allow between 1-2 weeks handling time. Orders within Australia take 3-7 days to arrive and international orders may take 7-14 days to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

 

Returns will only be accepted in the cause of a product fault. If you have a problem with your order, please email info@babua.com.au and we will be happy to assist.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 

In the case of a faulty product, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund. Exchanged items will be posted free of charge, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
